> Aircon on all rooms
> You will have two Filipino housemate, one guy takes the master bedroom, and the other common room by a lady
> You will share the common toilet with the lady housemate
> Cooking is allowed
> No owner staying in the house
> We are very organized and clean around the house, so you will appreciate that if you want to live in a very neat and tidy house
> You only clean your own room and alternate with the cleaning of the common toilet with the other lady housemate. The rest of the house is cleaned by the other housemate
> We have fresh laundried bed sheets and clean pillows. But if you are picky you need to get your own
